I doubt it's the estate managers, they just manage the estate as advised...the guys who are doing it must be at NSSF in the board, the manager can't say a thing, due to the fact that they are answerable to them.

If there is no enforcement of any kind of planning Nairobi will become one big slum.

Nearly all Nairobi neighbourhoods have been degraded.....from the original Umoja to Buru to Kileleshwa to kilimani to lavington and now Nyayo Embakasi. Our city planners have no vision. How will the city look like in the next 50yrs?

Nyayo Embakasi Apartment, Investment Opportunity

I hereby call for expression of interest in the following sample structure:
Investment (KES)
Ownership
Monthly rent (KES)
6,480,000
100%
28,000

3,240,000
50%
14,000

1,620,000
25%
7,000

810,000
13%
3,500

405,000
6%
1,750

Minimum investment is currently pegged at KES 405,000, with increments of similar amount being encouraged at regular intervals in order to build a formidable portfolio. Any increases in value of partner’s investment results in increase of rent slice per month and also any adjustment to payable rent will increase monthly income to investor. The title owner shall at all times hold more than 51% of asset value.
A statement of all transactions entered into by partners will be availed on quarterly basis and/or on demand.
Noting that original title will remain in name of owner i.e obiero; who has first right to buy out other partners at any time through refund of initial investment amount; other partners may also buy out each other but cannot transfer to third party without written consent of title owner. A lawyer must be engaged by the interested investor at his/her own cost to review draft terms and such an agreement will then be signed between title owner and investor. I look forward to your joining of the investment plan. Interested parties can follow and engage me on twitter @obieroben
