When we watch news are we normally eating or in the pub. KTN presented both sides of the story and in fact the police inquest was an absolute sham. The statements from the various cops from the very many stations in rift valley were so incriminating of each other that the principal magistrate presiding over the inquest needs to be fired by by CJ yesterday, he/she must have been bribed to conclude that the police operation was lawful, only a bribed person can conclude that.

The guns used to shoot chemorei were not part of those issued by any of the amouries across the various cop stations from which officers were drawn from. The affidavits from amoury officers were sworn as part of the inquest. Some of the cops were lying others were consistently honest suggesting some were committing perjury, which the magistrate ignored. The CID's own investigator Lilian Kiamba was shocked by the entire set of statements and operation to conclude something was awefully wrong. Again this is part of the sets of statements in the inquest file. Obviously our cops bribed the magistrate (no pun intended) and that's why Kiraithe's only defence was the inquest.

I highly doubt young chemorei would come out and lie without butting an eye lid. Meanwhile which robberies were these he was accussed of being involved in....no evidence about them and it's easy if he had guns in his compound balistic test reports should link them to a robbery. None of the same...they were basically Bonoko.

Lets not blame Moha, he has had an outstanding career doing investigative journalism and all his stories have turned out 100% correct and the police have use them to apprehend wrong doers. So how is it this time he was wrong.

It's a pity we have many journalism awards and Moha is never fetted as he rightfully deserves. All we get is mediocre journalists doing mundane stories getting fetted Pity we don't celebrate Moha. Even kabogo once claimed in parliament that the 6.4B cocaine haul was never burnt, all they did is burn loots of Exe.
