What do you think will be the effect of Luiz, Torres, Suarez and Caroll's signings on the aspirations of United, Arsenal, Spurs and Man City?

I think the signing of Luiz particularly will prove a spark of genius if the rave reviews of the guy are anything to go by...2010 Portuguese player of the year, 23 and with a height and build to match Terry's, Luiz could be just the thing Chelsea's back line needed.

As for the front, for both the Kop and Chelsea, I think it's really a matter of how the strikers click. But Chelsea without a doubt will be a stronger side than have been, which makes me wish we had played them at the Bridge in Dec.

I won't be surprised if Liverpool make it to Europa league

My sentiments, and now because chelshit have a replay against Everton in the FA cup, we might have to play both chelsea matches in May!!!!

L'pool got a really good deal on Torres but did they really have to spend 35m pounds on Andy Carrol? He's a good player but that was just too much for him especially after having spent another 22m on Suarez. I don't think you need to be a L'pool fan to realize that their main problem is at the back....they also needed a good defensive midfielder to fill the gap left by Alonso and Mascherano.

Greatness has a price so they say!! was £50m worth it for Torres?, well only time will tell.
That said, Chelsea will be so much stonger, we david Luiz strengthening the back-line then am sure we will be a match for any-one. Frankly we have never recovered since the loss of Cavarlhio.

In my opinion Anelka has always been a hit& miss kind of guy and thats why liverpool refused him as a make weight in the deal.I am sure at the end of the season he will be asked to leave.

I can see Mcreggae and co wameanza kuogopa, i wonder when we face Man U, Vidic being the top defender who he will want to mark, Torres or Drogba lol, Not forgetting Ivanovic and Luiz..this i can't wait.

The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday's logic.

Is tonight the night?

For man-u to either drop points or lose their unbeaten record? In the last 2 games, man-u has won with a single goal margin and has had to come from behind on both occassions. Will they go behind against villa? Will they stop the ascendency of villa? Will they stop Spent Darren?

For Arsenal...who thrashed everton earlier in the season. Everton closed down chelsea very well in the FA cup. Will they shut out the gunners?

For chelsea...sunderland which thrashed them 3-0. Redemption or same medicine? After the lukewarm chelsea play of saturday, the game could end up as a draw if they play the same way.

...I think Chelsea's conduct should be investigated.

Why did they postpone the Manchester United game by more than 24hrs?

The answer is clear...all the same we will march on...19th here we come.

As you might know...I am a pensioner. But was totally disappointed in our play last saturday. All am saying is that we need to lift our game or we shall draw tonight...by the way, seems Torres wont be on the matchsheet tonight!
