yesterday more than 10M shares changed hands with a turnover of more than 100M on this counter. So no monkey business @Vituvingisana.

You note your comment was on the 9th and there was no material information ,the reason why @ vvs says the price rise could not be more than 10%?

I get it @cnn though the info i posted was correct as the ask at 15bob was in anticipation of the material day usually placed before the day. Here it was on 9th.
Did anyone note that the 1OM shares changed hands yet the supply was at 4M?
Monopoly was the industrial age money game and the name of the new game of money today in the information age is CASHFLOW

Following a conversation on Twitter between Sang252 and Wazua (no less)...

Interesting to learn KenolKobil held an investor conference today, where they made 2 important pronouncements:

@KenolKobil Dispute with KPRL settled; backlog of products lifted between July-Dec 2013 at above market prices. No exposure in 2014. KPRL dispute settled in 2013, all cases withdrawn. Cost of settlement $14 mn, no overhang in 2014.

@KenolKobil Net borrowings in Q1 2014 down to KES 10 bn from KES 13.6 bn in Dec 2013. Net working capital down significantly

Does this mean they already have an approx. 600mn gain from reduction in Finance Costs looking towards HY?
