Dear Customer,

Govt adjusted VAT on ALL electricity consumption from 12% to 16% effective 2/09/13.
Water Res Mgt Authority levy will be charged at 5cts/Kwhr.

I hate this insensitivity by the govt and it's time to move.

Has momentum ,numbers ,positive image and goodwill to influence policies that favour Her interest. They lack individual rights and democracy which is good.
