 Expecting the NSE 20 Share Index to find resistance at 2949, the 38.2 % retracement level. Next move after that should take us below 2790 and below. About the proposed bhang legislation, you should know that as the NSE 20 Share Index continues to fall, there is increased likelihood of it being passed by parliament. Kenyans in general will also increasingly view bhang as acceptable. This would not have happened just three years ago when the Index was above 5000s. In the same vein Mututho laws are also likely to be repealed, ignored or watered down.
