KenyanLyrics wrote:The most infuriating thing is that this should have been such an easy case to crack. Even Triza's lawyer is bure kabisa. Why is he defending her by saying Wanjiru definitely fell? I thought Triza said she had left, why not defend her on that point?
Also the witnesses stories are just not connecting, tungeshika hawa watu zamaaani kama sio upumbavu!
Spot on!!!
Why is Triza and her lawyer insisting that Wanjiru was not murdered if she had already left the scene of the crime?
Under normal circumstances, the wife, if she was honest, would be the most suspicious of them all. She would be the one raising hell for the police to do EVERYTHING to see if there was foul play in her husbands death. She would suspect the watchie, Nduta etc. Heck she would suspect everyone! She would be asking herself, did Nduta [the barmaid] organize with thugs to kill my husband? Did she probably call someone after I left who ended up killing my husband? Did she get into a fight with my husband, hit him on the head then threw him off the balcony? Did the watchie kill my husband? Did the watchie and Nduta know each other before the incidence?
But "our" Triza is very sure Wanjiru was not murdered. He died after falling. She is happy with the way the police handled the scene - never mind they never sealed it off and it was totally contaminated. She has not questioned where the blood in the house came from. She has not questioned why Wanjiru was embalmed is such haste. She has not questioned why somehow the "right" security cameras were not working on the fateful night. She has not questioned ANYTHING!!! Are our security forces this damn or this corrupt??? The mum or someone should get some hot shot private investigators to get to the bottom of this.
