well.... from case excerpts neither of the 2 was an angel in this marriage... Whatever jail time this guy serves, it because he lacked courage to walk away. I don't think we have angels in this world, but we sure do have killers, hakuna excuse hapo. Sometimes, killing is not intentional. In the fury of the moment, one may hit another, with an intention of inflicting pain but not to kill, but the recipient ends up dead anyway.
