I tell you that when it will be 15 you will go to the bank to withdraw money for this stock.
Very soon.

I've seen this counter meltdown from 40 handle to the current levels against all odds smile

We warned people right here..

Britam not exceptional, its the whole market, even your bad KQ that you have amassed like glucose!!!Liar

Lolest.. In the last quarter, KQ has dropped the least of all large caps under commercial and services.. But this is a britam thread
Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Some people are jokers! Ati, KQ ni "Large Cap"... myStocks has KQ's valuation at 12.27bn. That's less than Equity's PBT for 6 months.

My bad. KQ is a large cap. In fact the LARGEST CAP in Negative Equity!

KQ now with positive equity and the 5th largest stock by market capitalization in East and Central Africa. KES 93B in market cap to be precise. Ukiona vyaelea.. Meanwhile @Realtreaty be strong though this one appears to be headed sub KES 10, hii pesa tutaiwacha yote hapa duniani

Even a kiosk which is given HUGE loans which are then converted to equity will have a huge "positive" equtiy.
What was the total quantum of loans [GoK and KQLenders) converted to equity?

Then there's IFRS 9 and 17 coming up. Will Britam be a beneficiary or victim?

Applause Passed by Britam Tower and can tell they will open it this year.
Are they paying the debt for late opening.
How much space is sold now that we have so many building in Nairobi
Will the Arab Majid Alfuttaim open a Carrefour Supermarket here?

What has made the stock to stagnate after capping though others like KCB, Equity improved.
The same can be seen for Coop.Bank that has not done well though remain a major player in Financial stocks. Its price @16.50 quite discouraging

Late opening is due to financial constraints
The debt that they have has to be paid as construction is going on.
How much space is sold is either zero or minimal.
Real towers owned by britam is 20 storey and one floor is occupied.
Carrefour is not opening a branch there.
The stock has stagnated because of poor financial performance and plus the profit warning they issued.
