@Obiero - For I&M, it's just for Kenya (& TZ) but excludes RW and Mauritius. We need the "Group" results.

Peculiar Kenyans! Kwani there is a results releasing competition.

The issue of who released before who just exist on your minds. I don't think this is an issue that bothers the serious minds at these banks!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
