Going by SBG’s calculations, assuming ARM sells off its Kenyan, Tanzanian, Rwandan, and South African businesses net of all debt, investors could earn $100 million (KSh10.1 billion) which roughly equates to KSh10.42 per share.

SBG analysts dreaming too much, the mattress must be new 😁😁😁

I wonder too.
FY 2017,showed the company was in negative equity.Where will this 10 billion come from?
Meanwhile let's wait for FY 18 numbers which was delayed. Then we will see if something has changed.
Either Paunrama or CDC will fork out the 10 billion according to SBG.

That a Kenyan Newspaper/Kenyan business journalist could not be the first to bring this story to the fore leaves a lot to be desired.

PwC received the offer β€œfrom a consortium associated with one of the shareholders of the company in conjunction with another party.” The shareholder submitted the bid on May 17, six weeks after an April 5 deadline, according to a letter sent to creditors and seen by Bloomberg. It sought to explain why the administrators accepted an earlier bid of $50 million.

It was not fault of PWC
