The last leaders I heard taking these nature of extensive medical leave were Buhari and Steve Jobs. I smell a rat as other rumours start to emerge that it's bye bye Bob out of Safaricom. BBI will solve it :)

Firms like Safaricom, backed by a strong parent, have deep benches. When MJ left, BC took over and did a fine job. I am relatively sure someone strong and competent can be found to run Safcom. I am excited about their data offerings both mobile and fixed offerings as both Airtel and Zuku have floundered. Interesting times ahead. I wish BC well. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

Anyway, it's a great company. BBI will solve it :)

Robert ALAIVerified account @RobertAlai · 2 minutes ago There has been serious migration from Safaricom because of the telco’s involvement in the election mess. Serious than imagined. Someone to verify this Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle
