ive made many many mistakes.ooohh many. memorable ones;
1: selling 20,000 KQ shares at 9/- thereby taking a profit of ksh 2.20 only to see it rise all the way to ksh 140.
2: Re entering Kq when it dropped to kshs 108 and continued to average downwards. refused to sell at ksh 48 expecting to sell at Kshs 50. sold all my kq.at ksh 11, took a 500 k loss. pinched my self and said I'll never ever by kq.
3. sold britam @ 8.5, unga @18, centum@28, kcb @32, jic@260 and eabl@250 to buy greatwall houses cash and save cost by ksh 1 million one year ago.. down side prices skyrockets thereafter.

lesson: you make many mistakes, but don't loose hope. my account still has market beating returns.

Have made many mistakes,but all of them have one thing in common. Lack of patience. Bought KCB at 23,sold it at 25 ,now its at 57. Bought Britam at 14 bob sold it at 18 bob,now its at 24. Bought ICDC ,sold it at a 2 bob per share profit only for it to rise to over 500. The bottom line however is that one learns

Mumias Sugar at 6._ _/-. Still with it, praying for a miracle, whenever it will happen.

Also, exiting Equity Bank at 22/- (after a 12% net profit) was premature. A bad decision but not a loss.

i bought EA Portland Cement shares at KSH.114 with a relative's cash temporary deposited in my account. i was only keen to observe the upward trend of the share price(speculator), and only when i finally decided to plunge in, the share price tumbled down. Then as if that is not enough, the money is demanded back!!

i humbled myself out, n paid the loss with my savings as an intern...

moral of the story, speculate na mpango if u have to NA PESA YAKO!!

There was also @Jamani,@vvs and @Cde.
I was also on that bus,second last purchase at 15.55, sold at 15.05,took my losses and planted then in Scom, no regrets there. Last purchase was at 9bob,sold at 8.65,took the proceeds and added them to my Equity Bank portfolio at KES.41. the earlier Keno purchase before 2012 atleast i managed to sell at profits.

Blame yourself for that one. Even coat tail investors are not exempted from doing their homework.

@SPt KK...didn't we look forward to a swish. As things went ahead and the turbulence I recall changing the guidance to 'tact'. Provided for some profitable trades.

I see you moved from Ngamia? smile

Pole Mblo. Shit hit the fan then. Should have gotten out of the way immediately thereafter, at upto, at the least, a minimum of 12

At 9 and below, the counter is a BUY.
