No really how can this be . why are we allowing ourselves to base our opinion on heresay when a simple post mortem can clear alot of questions. was it even done ??? what does the report say ??
.

The pathologist report is inconclusive as to the cause of death. With the body being severely mutilated... and the brain, and parts of the skull missing the task would not be easy. Now the clues must come from elsewhere.

It also depends on who is carrying out(read paying for) the postmortem. Influence on this critical procedure can skew the findings as we have seen in the past...name them...Shiru, the CID officer linked with Mwau story....

The incidence of this lady was a cult action...she seems not to have died on waiyaki way as proposed, but at the venue of the "bash". She must have realized the weird things going on in the house opted to walk away..they were not going to allow that..did away with her and dropped the body after mutilating it, claiming that it was an accident...We will never know the truth! We will forget about this very soon, we already have forgotten shiru's balcony incident....

Serious allegations there. We can only get the truth from Gutter press.Lets see if Citizen weekly will do some investigations and tell us

@user, you may not need the gutter press for this...I indicated that this was a cult action...If Kenya had an established forensic, they would have identified the blood at the home in Westlands even if it had been washed away. Now on the Nation newspaper, it has emerged that the body had no brains and other organs, in what accident scenario is this possible? even if the body was run over by several cars...organs do not disappear....

[quote=2 Miles]The narration given by Nation was way too cheap. And please don't think am trying to over exaggerate issues. We are making so many assumptions 'bout this girl. Because , seriously , to meet the likes of Kabogo , you must have similar interests, or have friends of such interests. And they didn't meet at a rally. Kabogo wasn't on a meet the people tour. This was Wasini Luxury Homes. And if you have been there, there is one thing you know about this place. It is very exclusive and privacy is taken seriously!

Guys, if you are in a party , and you dnt partake alcohol, you decline politely. That is what is likely to happen. Its unlikely that you would start giving religious reasons, considering your friends , who took you to that party, are busy drinking!!

Quote:
That story of what happened was given by her friends who attended the party. Considering they took her there and knew what the party was all about, they shouldn't be believed. They could give any account they choose to.

the friends may have been silenced....or theatened ....their friend was dead....would you talk?
....still how come this saved girl was in this wild Party?

Opinion is free, truth is sacred.

Unless the murderer(s) confess (assuming it was a murder) I wont hold my breath for our ABK cops to crack (no pun intended smile ) this one. Crucial forensic evidence appears to have been lost and I dont expect the cops to put together any shreds of such evidence that might still be available.

@Masukuma, don't be boring, what would you rather we write.

if everyone said, "lets not speculate, we are not cops" would it make you happier?

Why haven’t the police searched and examined all homes, offices, apartments, rooms, hotels, motels, vehicles, warehouses, depots – anything connected with everyone who was at the party? What about the Nyoyo Stadium where that Okello guy supposedly delivered a ‘bag’ after midnight on the day Mercy was murdered? Has it been combed? If not, why? With their criminal negligence of the Samuel Kamau Wanjiru murder case, the Police Commissioner is proving to Kenyans that he cannot deliver. Let truth be told: Mercy refused to be a drug mule and for that she had to die. It’s as simple as that. There you are: I’ve done it for my girls!
