Buibui is not religious dress. It is just a type of hijab. Bui bui has no religious significance. Dressing in Islam can be any colour, any style etc as long it meets about six criteria: (1). should not be so tight to reveal the figure/shape, (2). should not be transparent to see through, (3). must not be too short to reveal, (4). should not resemble that of the opposite sex, (5). should not be so glamorous as to attract the opposite sex, (6). should not resemble that of the unbelievers. As far as Egyptian first lady is concern, I think she is fairly dressed. But she may be drifting away from the acceptable limits... unfortunately may be she does not know her religion, maybe she does not a strong relationship with her Creator... if she had understanding of her responsibility towards the creator, she would not reveal more of legs and chest...
