Poor Diets, lack of exercise, immuno compomised systems or even poor health care systems. So it's not looking for "black" people but is hitting them worse than others because of systemic issues.

Applying the same matrix in Kenya we should be looking for the areas where people would be hit worse because of existing issues like HIV, bad environment and poor diets. That's where we should be distributing masks, sanitary facilities and dietary supplements.

The black community in the US, the the elite there, with a rich history of championing black welfare appreciate the fact and are calling for preaching remedial measures to the community as a matter of priority.

What they should be telling us is that communicable diseases such as corona, flu etc, are more likely to spread at higher rates where people live in higher density areas such as inner cities, than in the outer suburbs and rural areas. This is true whether you live in japan, china, italy, UK, Kenya etc. The higher rates for blacks and ethnic minorities in the US is only because they are more likely to be living in the inner city than in low density suburbs or rural areas. It has nothing to do with being blackamerican by race. Anyone living in a high rise apartment or ghetto anywhere in the world from madrid, NY, london, mumbai, Tokyo, wuhan to nairobi is more likely to be infected than someone living isolated in an outer suburb or rural area. #Epidemiology 101.

May be what those blacks on TV should be advocating for is land/housing reform since for many years blacks could not own land (or homes) in rural areas or suburbs due to discrimination and that is how they ended up in the crowded inner cities.

This is exactly what's causing the spread. Another factor is adults in the same estates might adherence to the stay at home policies. but who is going to police the children who play together and are known to be carriers of the virus?
Someone has to educate the young including teens that the lives of their loved ones are in their hands.
