He will chain himself to a gate or fence near him!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

CBA are free to charge whatever rate they want. Even 2%. Provided they don't charge more than 14.5%
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
