TiggerTiggy, so is it confirmed that the road passes by Mwalimu Shamba? And how are the prices around the said farm?

i know the 50 by 100 plots close to the greater eastern bypass around juja farm area are now going for about 500-700k. 1 year ago the same went for about 250k. the road linking thika road and juja farm is being tarmacked. kamuthi and Daykio have plots going for upto 800k for an eighth

kamuthi plots are going for 450k as we speek, plots nearby are going for 600k

where do people get this land prices - I thought the cost of land depends on the seller buyer agreement.

ama its just quoting prices to push the prices up

Good People, Did anyone get updates on the Greater easter bypass from Acceriskconsult above.I sent blank email as requested and got no reply. What is the status of this road? Please help with any info. God bless.
