This has been one of the major Tangatanga cashcows where they have been eating bila adabu. He is in that camp.
The minister is speaking with alot of pain, anguish and disbelive.
He is talking about 'losing' the entire team as if they have died. he even equate it with Zambian team who died.
One can only conclude that the minister was either not aware about the plunder going on at Kenya Power or he was part of it.
He is feeling sorry for few suspects for spending a night in police cells whereas millions of Kenyans feel the heat of inefficient and unstable Kenya power on daily basis when they open shop/kinyozi/cyber cafe but cannot work the whole day because of unplanned power outage and still the landlord will ask for house rent, inflated power bills etc.
