Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly If Centum doesn't open Two Rivers on time then acquiring KK might be the only way to show a profit! BTW, is there a petrol station in Two Rivers?

The locals have been asking questions ever since the Sisal(Makonge) was cleared-off a big chunk of land on the eastern side of the Mombasa -Malindi highway neighbouring mombasa cement factory.Kingi himself unlike his "un-educated", juvenile and chest-thumping conterpart in Mombasa seems like he is serious about attracting investors and values investments....i suspect he(Kingi) is heavily invested in Centum. All in all, works have already staterd. Lets hope the DJ has the money or will attract money to invest on the 10,000 acres touching the beach

Not in this bear. Hii bear hapan tambua chochote. It is no respecter of company. Whether its Safcom, KenRe, Paka Power, KK etc nothing! ....

So don't read too much into that price and attribute it to things like dividend policy... Tommorrow it might start flying again for a week and then one starts saying its the two-rivers mall project and how this is a good company Laughing out loudly
