After the capture of Kismayu, then what next, that is the hard question because if KDF leave, then things will go back to business as usaul.

The whole world also owes KDF big time for reducing/eliminating piracy in that area. Applause

Pacification.
Military operations do not stamp out insecurity (remember the bomb blasts in mogdisho?). This is why kdf wanted a political agreement/ process to be FIRST agreed on before taking the city, so that there's no power vacuum at all (remember even criminal elements would take advatage of such a vacuum and terrorise the populace, who if it continues, would want any authority - even al kebabu - back to restore order! Taking kismayo denies these guys financing and strangles them economically. Then the gova there establishes all essential systems like judiciary, registries,amenities,etc

KDF operations under AMISOM are financed by the UNSC. But we are financing the naval ops. Ergo, if only the UNSC could foot these costs as well....
