Unaitas eyes Sh1bn capital in plans to convert into bank Share capital of the sacco that recently set up its headquarter in Nairobi’s Cardinal Otunga Plaza now stands at Sh752 million. At the end of December last year, its capital stood at Sh696 million. Why from 2009 and backwards?does it mean there are different classes of shares with different rights?

Not a rumour. It made 247m, a 50% increase on 2012. Dividend is 61m. All ratios looking pukka. They won't budge on the bonus share, but they acknowledged it was wrong. Kenyans all way Sehemu ndio nyumba
