Mr Bedan Njoroge, 38, was drinking at Porkies Pub with friends on Sunday night before he complained that it was getting hot and went out.

His relatives said he called a taxi to take him to a hospital, but before the driver arrived, he collapsed outside the club.

To the lawyers in the house, is there even a 0.01% chance of proving criminal culpability on the side of the accused.

Even if Thuo was poisoned, which is unlikely, is it possible to prove by who ?

The saddest thing will be for the case to drag on and on and the accused to be acquitted eventually.

And why can't they be granted bail ?

Even if Thuo was poisoned, which is unlikely, is it possible to prove by who ? Why do you think its unlikely? Just curious.

And why can't they be granted bail ? I think its because its a murder case.

Like in any other crime, the most likely culprit is the person most likely to benefit. If the allegations about the business disagreement are true, and his death means she inherits the entire business, she becomes a prime suspect IMO.
