Abnormally low KPLC Bill 4 Nov Any one else?

Rank: Member Joined: 11/8/2010 Posts: 163 Location: PyongYang		My power bill usually range between 800 - 1200/- every month, but this month... its an abnormal low of 130/-... its not only mine, i have a couple of buddies who have also got their Nov- Dec Bill in the range of 120 - 160/- which is, not what they are used to pay every month....i hate to think next month kplc will send me an abnormally high bill... any one else got this? If i showed you where i live, you would think that i was hiding.

This is a well known strategy by kplc....u know that they are increasing thermal generation so expect the fuel cost surcharge to rise phenomenally...then the undercharging will be 'discovered' and youll be forced to pay up using the new fuel cost surcharge! The utimate goal of investing is to buy low sell high;if we re-write this core equation in psychology terms it becomes buy fear sell greed.

Tell me something i dont know Omera! i use the same gadgets,.. all year long, my units stay the same... its obvious the meter guy read his own figures... meaning next month real bill will kuja!
