If you were bad your spirit goes to a waiting room with windows facing the HOT hell as you wait for judgement day,spirit shaking and gnashing teeth.

The Rich man was burning and thirsty.Lazarus was enjoying in the bossom of abraham

The spirit leaves the body.I dont know what else happens but I know from the bible that judgment will happen
