I have no idea what 'shool' some of these analysts went to... Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

Just because the projected growth has been archieved far too soon doesnt mean they are wrong. It may rise to 40 then the 2012 politics depress it back to mid 20s. In that case will they still be wrong? African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

It's not thinking, whenever there is a change in political environment thre's some price readjustments at the bourse. This not only happens in kenya but also in advanced markets. African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

It depends with the valuations....if the NSE will be having a p/e of more than 20..Ill be more than happy to sell 70% of my holdings The utimate goal of investing is to buy low sell high;if we re-write this core equation in psychology terms it becomes buy fear sell greed.

Southern Sudan is also starting to make tidy profits. A lot of the branches opened within the last 18 months have broken even. The Equity stock will ALWAYS generate more interest than most counters at the NSE. FACT! It is moving into TZ and RWANDA. There is no telling where it will go from there, but it aims to be an ''African bank''. The only blot in their operations at the moment is Uganda. But that, I believe, will be overcome too. If you bought way earlier, no problem in locking in some of your gains and redistributing them to other counters you feel have much upside GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE

@ucant... I believe if you sold equity now you will most likely be locking out potential gains. The potential upside on this stock in the next six to seven months is huge (IMO). People have talked of 35/= post or just pre-results - I think this may just come to pass. When we wake up in the morning, we have two simple choices. Go back to sleep and dream, or wake up and chase those dreams. The choice is yours! .

shauriyako, I'm not talking about completely selling off. Just saying that if you bought at, maybe 15, that's around 70 percent gains. Not bad at all. On the timeframe, I would prefer to look at a period of around 3 years and more as opposed to your 6 months. 35? I think that is unlikely after release of results (Unless you are talking about the release of 2010 financials next year and not 3rd quarter results this year. Please clarify) Though I will be delighted if it does attain those levels. All the same, Equity is a sure bet going forward. GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE

If you did then you would know anyone buying the stock at 35 in 7 months would be a greater fool Mark 12:29 Deuteronomy 4:16

Safaricom became a party to the case last week, Dont joke with this two companies, Two possible options, buy the jury with a few millions or give the guy a few millions, Same case applied to Zap when it was just introduced,
