@Kenmac, i feel you, there is something very wrong going on, me it is the kawaida airtime, i thought i was calling more because calls were cheap and did a check and i kinda lost something like 32/- in a day, i haven't loaded airtime for 2 days now(thank u zain) and i made the grave mistake of trying to reply to an sms and was bombarded with "sorry you do not have ....blah..blah.." 13 times! i have had it previously with 5 continuous msgs that i do not have credit .... but hallo! 13!!!....
And then the internet for 8 bob/day thing once you activate how do you cancle as i have also been paying for nothing! damn safaricom.

@ Eddy, *544*5# to unsubscribe. btw what safaricom did to that offer was a gross mistake..and the only holding cord between me and them...and that severing it is fit to their business means relocating to Zain.

there has been a system upgrade at safaricom that is to a great extend affecting the billing system (read software).
there is a tendency to withold some amount of credit when you are browsing then return it after billing you and remain with the charge. it has been a problem since around last week.

i have been refunded many times until i lost count. everytime i launch my browser it happens. it also depends on the duration that one stays online. if you log in for many short intervals you will 'suffer' more than a person who logs in for a long time few times.

don't boast of dumping safaricom because what is in store after the masaa ya kubamba (23rd sept) there is something big in the offing.
