shhhhhh this is for Wazua men only.Have you ever had an abortive takeoff.i.e the airport is there but the aeroplane is not ready to take off from the runway.

A study in UK shows that 1 in every 10 Pilots (men )experience this.

How can one deal with abortive take off?

don't concentrate on your performance as this induces performance anxiety, and the more you worry about it the more the anxiety deepens!! A kind of vicious cycle. Just do it, concentrate on pleasing the airport owner and the pleasure will reverberate to you tenfold...If its abortive try again, while concentrating on pleasing the airport owner.

Hapo umed*nya point. It is all in the mind and focus should be on airport control, na passengers wakitaka kutokaSad Sad , the pilot can take off for a second landing immediately Applause Applause

@impunity...it yakes more energy to put on a cd when there's no pinetree at all than when there is

@nonst. - when passengers want to disembark prematurely, change position (without leaving the airport!) and that reduces the urge for them to ponyoka prematurely.

Usife moyo. Sometimes you just need a break. I once had exclusive landing rights at this very large Russian airport. I was the first African airline to fly there but the management insisted on veeeeeeeeery long and multiple landings. I was excited at the beginning but after a few weeks when the the fatigue set in I found myself unable to land. I begged for breaks and when I got them I realised that the landings got better. It however eventually got out of hand when I realised that the airport was open 24 hours a day and the management insisted on landing at all waking hours................ I asked for my exclusive rights to be revoked and other airlines allowed to operate there only so that I could get a break but the management could hear none of it and insisted that I had been making other landings elsewhere which was incorrect but so as not to suffer the accusation in vain I actually did land elsewhere and......... long story. I was young and foolish!!!! I think some airports are built in with excess capacity and need to be operated by several airlines.
