Please help me with customer service email for DSTV Kenya- they disconnected me yesterday yet my payment is due on 21st...
I had a shock when I got to tha hao at 9 ready to enjoy the concerts..."E111 is scrambled" and customer service close by 8:00 pm. Now that they are open, I have been trying to call them since 8:30 and when I get through I am put on hold for even 5 mins before I give up....

I need to watch the official opening at 2:00 someone help with an alternative number or an email or where I can send text
I have all these numbers and no help---4236000,4442614, 4449000, 0711066000

My KCB is no help- my TV does not recognize KCB and NTV yet the rest of the channels are very clear- but I guess Kiss TV/ classic and the rest are just showing the game and not concerts)

HELP!!!!!!!!!

I would advise you go to their offices in Westlands if you want quick response....Calling them will not help, it might take a day or two before they sort you out!

i agree that you head to their offices,have also been trying to call for the last two days and no joy,soooooo annoying!!

I wish you could see the queues in the westlands offices. Amazing. Yaani us Kenyans and last minute it's like we were cursed.... I suggest you go to their offices since I think 1st priority is the queuing customers. Try the new one at Tuskys on Langata Rd. that's where I go.

BBI will solve it :)

thanx for the advise...but @MC reggae my frustration is due to the fact that my account should expire on 21/06/10 since I had paid on 21/0510

lemmi head to to TMall, am at parklands but I can dare go to Westee
