My experience unfortunately was not good and i never imported with them.One of the sales guys tried to push a 2001 manufactured car but registered in 2002.This two are dates are very tricky i.e. year/date of manufacture and year/date of registration.From my knowledge KRA requires year/date of manufacture to be minimum 2002.the website is www.sbtjapan.com.
But this is my experience,as from other threads people have imported with them.But as a rule of the thumb,make sure year of manufacture is minimum 2002.For japan cars if you have the chassis number you can confirm this at <www.japan-partner.com>.Just type the chassis number and you will get the year of manufacure.And if you need assistance with importation...hola.

@giddy,

What matters to KEBS/KRA is the year of first registration and not year of manufacture!

I have inthe recent past imported vehicles first registered in feb 2002(probably manufactured in 2001) with no problem

I find the FOB prices qouted in this website very high compared to other websites like www.tradecarview.com. Why the big difference? is it all about quality?
