Muganda, the CMA did approve reit guidelines last year in August.This in addition to the asset-backed securites trading provide a clear cut procudural precedence for real estate investment.A lthough at the moment reits cannot be publicly listed these guidelines allow for private reits.This guideline can be found in the CMA library.
