Good People,

I am looking for a treadmill for domestic use. I want a long lasting one though. Any ideas of where I could source one at a good price?

my dear, learn to take brisk walks. from experience i know, having a gym in the house is not as fruitful. why don't you park your car and take 10 laps of brisk walks in a park closer or on your way home? the treadmill is boring hence the lack of enthusiasm after a few days of use.

@nmt I hear you loud and clear. For me the thing is basically for relaxation. My jobo is just too stressful and I don't fancy the idea of carrying nguo chafu in a bag eti nimetoka gym. or taking a shower nje ya kwangu... By the way, I walk quite a bit and I cherish those moments however, I don't get to relax like I want. Going back to the gym is majaribu for me... I hardly keep going for a two weeks?

@bwenyenye, nmt is right.

Had so much pysche when I bought one, but rarely used it although I did lots of walking. Ditto a good no. of my pals.

Sadly for most people, it becomes a place to put your clothes to dry. Would suggest u come up with a schedule and tonnes of discipline to stick to it so that u don't go down that route.

I think nmt pumped some sense into my skull. Now I am enjoying taking a mat and have to walk accross town now that my mecha reckons he needs that moti more than I do! Its been a while since I used mats and the city has really changed.. The lasses seem to have become more ....
