Which equipment was used to do the quality analysis. Which algorithm does it use? Is it signal quality or speech quality? I might believe cck if it were to say so.

By their own admission,this study was not done using any scientific equipment but rather was based on perception from customers which- although is also important-does not give a true indication of the quality of the network. And also I don't think that Zain,Safaricom,Orange et al would go about expanding all willy nilly without having a radio network optimization department...

What do you mean 'which scientific equipment'. You time mobile phones and take random samples. Even a stopwatch and mobile will give reliable result. Everything does not require magmonious gadgetry

most of this big companies think kenyans are daft,thick,foolish,morons and naive. i'm sorry but these companies are right. we deserve to be treated like trash by them and politicians without a whimper or any sorry protest. only in kenya do we allow this to happen. and that's why they offer shoddy services and get away with it. mta do?
