He assumed office with much pomp and color but what the hell? The guy has achieved nothing, the shoe which Gakuo left is just too big for him to fit. With over 20 fire engines in the city,1 (ONE/MOJA) is serviceable....and this is the smaller landrover versions.

Its time this man Kisia quit the town hall.Hell...

Apart from the stupid and awkward by laws he has achieved which have formed corruption havens for the askaris, the guy is a non-performer.

Philip Kisia is ....bure kabisa!!!!!

Gakuo's work speaks volumes while this foko jembe is busy talking and cheating the world that he is reforming nairobi city.

Kisia is no much difference from the american dreamer aka Obama who promised everything without considering the logic behind!!!!!!

Disclaimer : This is my opinion and not a recommendation.

frankly speaking,he inherited the junk. The council has not allocated funds to replace the old engines. So he goes, another comes,no money,no engines.... Perhaps mundu wa nyumba is all we think of all the time.

He is an idiot with a very youthful mind, yaani ena maùndù ma waana....thoz r some very useless projects he started without the support of the mwananchi, and I think the man isnt in touch with reality unlike the predecessor...

Jameni: Except for the stupid by-laws (which might be councillor driven) we need to give kisia time. I am sure there are forces pushing him around just as they pushed Bw.Gakuo (a great guy) around. Lakini Gakuo was tough YET he was edged out...
*** We have a old prez, ministers who should be smoking pipes on their farms in government... but politicians pushed Gakuo out coz of 'age'...

The Nairobi Water Company is a water service provider charged with the provision of the water and sewerage services in Nairobi. Those services were previously offered by the Water and Sewage Department of the Nairobi City Council.

The Nairobi Water Company is a subsidiary of the Nairobi City Council .The company however, has operational autonomy to enable its to run efficiently and without interference.
