Mr. Ebenyo. Core business is suffering. Itβs not a good sign.
In the past this was one of my favourite companies due to various reasons including no debt. But not any more
Reinvention in order to remain relevant.
They are doing well in equity and bonds investments.
With good management,in ten years return will not be that bad.
They should try bringing down expenditure.
Simply pull out of this stock.. Tougher times ahead in their core business.
Their investment in financial markets is a no brainer game that can be won by anyone.. Carbacid is producing high quality carbondioxide while the competitors are producing cheap one with alcoholic content.Thats where the challenge is.
The competitors are tough because they selling it cheaply to the market.But there are still those who prefer to get high quality from carbacid.
With good management,the financial market will reap good returns.
