This is becoming a rather fruitful season courtesy of safaricom. First the offer of 100mbs for every year you've had the line. I was gifted with 1600mb for 16years. (Can't believe it's been that long).Downside though is that it is valid for 24hours...really??? Then today my line is credited with airtime worth 538 bob for wrongful deduction from a subscription I did not enroll for. I had no idea they had been making deductions so its a pleasant surprise. Still it explains my fast evaporating airtime. Looking out for more bonuses and surprises. Hope they keep coming

It's a surprise seeing as those deductions don't show up on my statements

@guys, enjoy the gifts and move on. Whether it is valid for 24hrs or longer, you didn't have it anyway.

As for those Cheza Games (using the code 21660), they happen to subscribe people to their michezo/ujinga without consent...

I think those fraudulent content providers are supposed to be punished by Communication Authority (CA) for breach of conduct... I hope Safaricom has recovered this monies from them so that they feel the pain of their backdoor subscription...

i realised i spend more in phone bills while in kenya than anywhere else, despite the fact that i call more often while abroad than in kenya. Safaricom are thieves.

Sometime ago I was so broke and noticed that they deducted 40 bob for a game, they told me I had subscribed so no refund, then i asked where the game is, yani they deduct money for a game i didnt subscribe to and then i get nothing.
But today I received 2,400 refund for wrongful billing and 1200mb which expires tommorow, but I have already finished it watching youtube on HD inamesza kumeza

The freebies should be based on how much you spend rather than how long you have been with them. Since 2013 my average spend has been 25k per month but they sambazad me 1.6gb and airtime worth 450.
