Soonest they knew who the guy was, even the NTSA Director General offered his sympathies. Ole wako if you were a nobody, you would be rotting in Jail forever.

That was a drunk who just killed an innocent bread winner and someone dare say he looked confused?. He should have been taken for tests but they chose to release him.SADSad

@guka, I've always told you that's what you get for entertaining a "drunk" govt. Goodness is, we're in this together until we embrace real leadership who will bring real change in this "dark" continent.

NB: I'm not advocating for anyone in particular, so don't personalize. All I want to see in the future is electing true leaders, not tribal kings and sycophants who cannot prosecute anyone coz they also skeletons in the cupboard.

This has nothing to do with leadership, after all even if you were a leader you won't be a police officer/ a judge or a procurement officer etc. @Alph ask the CJ. He is good and has good leadership qualities, has he changed the Judiciary? The answer is a big No.
We need all of us to change, change our culture. Changing this cannot happen in a democracy. democracy is a fallacy.

Anything corruption related in govt arms, the buck stops at leadership!

I agree with you that democracy is a fallacy!

Back in the bundus where i was brought up, there is this old lady who lost her ancestral land to a richer family. They were so daring, they cleared a forest her husband had planted many years back and sold the timber despite a court order. She attended so many court sessions but each corner, there would usually be more and bigger huddles courtesy of corruption in our justice corridors...her sons and daughters gave up but in the family, there was a grandson who grew up seeing all this with a lot of pain. A hustler he was, but money soon came his way. One evening, the rich man's family compound was lit by gunfire and when it all died down, 6 members of the family and 3 workers were found mowed down "mysteriously". Only one boy in the family survived. The case took turn for better and the lady finally got her groove back. f*** justice here in Kenya.Sad
