@ceinz, no need to worry! "What has reached you was never meant to miss you and what has missed you was never meant to reach you." by one famous person.

Earth well protected by her atmosphere, electromagnetic field and God Himself.

In September 2013, NASA announced that the spaceship Voyager 1; which was launched in 1977, has left the solar system and is now sailing in the open space between the stars, NASA reached this conclusion when the spaceship sensors detected an increase in cosmic rays while the familiar solar system particles dropped drastically. The open space contains rays in the form of waves generated by the galactic center (Super-massive black hole) and Super Nova explosions in the form of Gamma-Rays and X-Rays, however the intensity of such rays is reduced drastically within the solar system by a canopy-like invisible wall that is formed as a result of the collision of high-energy particles in the form of Gamma-Rays and X-Rays with the solar winds generated by the Sun

And at the Sky, how it is raised high? [Quran 88:18]

And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance. [Quran 55:7]

And [that] We have set up the sky as a canopy well-secured And yet, they stubbornly turn away from [all] the signs... [Quran 21:32]

Dr Don Yeomans, retiring head of the US space agency Nasa's Near-Earth Object Programme office at the jet propulsion laboratory in Pasadena, California, said: "Monday January 26 will be the closest asteroid 2004 BL86 will get to Earth for at least the next 200 years.

The asteroid is likely to be bright enough for amateur astronomers to spot with small telescopes and strong binoculars.

Where can I get a small telescope or a strong binoculars, since I've just figure out that I may not be around to see this asteroid the next fly by.
