am willing to spend ksh 1 milion to purchase a 1/4 plots in a gated or controlled area ,with a title deed within nairobi or even 25kms out of nairobi to set up a residential home.
any advice or news is highly welcome and if you have one am willing to be your neighbour.

In this market, that budget is too low!!! You will NOT get one. Change specs or budget - maybe both!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

am selling 1/8ths(original size 30 by 17m)not the small ones I see people calling 1/8ths.its in a gated community near kiserian(about 1km to kiserian town coming from rongai) Nice place with nice houses.You will be a neighbor to one of Kajiado's senator. asking 1.5M.few remaining

Stima Sacco plots next to Buffalo hills thika road. About 800k for 1/8. Seems like a deal considering Buffalo hills with a Golf Course going over 2.5m and is a Gated Community including plans for shops and a school. Plus there are 3 phases. You should consider

There is a place called NGELANI about 35 km from Nairobi near Athi river.A quarter for 1.2 M with titles being sold by an agency.

Soil is murram , flat area. Electricity on site n you only need to drop wire with no additional poles. Water on site and is being used in hses already occupied . Title is ready and in my name , all weather smooth rd accessible from kamakis or thika superhighway .
