AM LOOKING FOR A RESIDENTIAL PLOT which is fully controlled and preferably with a title deed. my buget is 1.2m within nairobi or its environment. i don'tShame on you mind moving 25km out of nairobi my worry is that i need to stay in a gated community Pray

at your budget, gated commmunity is difficult.

Gated communities are developed by the residents in a certain area.
Would you mind a plot at Utawala, airway secondary school (just about 25km to Nairobi), nice place and posh houses coming up. Cosmopolitan and good security.

Utawala has Nairobi side and Mavoko side. Almost all mavoko has title deeds. Mavoko starts at a ka-place called MC all the way to Tamarind, Airway Secondary and beyond, those place has titles

Thanks for the information. So seems like the Nairobi side does not have titles. Is this Nairobi side under Embakasi Land buying or is it called Embakasi Ranching company? If it is then it may have titles.

I have a plot I want to dispose of, 40x80 around Airways High School. Title ready, and only looking for 700k. It's controlled development but not gated.

Just wondering what you mean by title "ready". Is it just "ready" or it is available?

Means was bought for speculation, so will transfer title from the guy I bought from directly to new buyer.
