Companies which are run by quiet management can either go under quietly or make millionaires quietly..if pple bought at 25 let me risk as it touches the bottom. "Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning."

I have had a look at the asset base of the firm and even though it is not as clear as I would love it to be, my conclusion is that it is undervalued at the current level.
I have therefore commenced carefully buying into the company. I still expect it to continue dropping but obviously it has to stop somewhere.

Capitulation time! Too oversold, the TA indicators make no sense. Lets see where the bottom will be. Time for speculators (and contrarians) to get out their cheque books. Life is short. Live passionately.

Lee Karuri is chairman of Home Africa and Resorts & Cities (Longonot gate). Both develop real estate. Migaa and Longonot gate projects compete for the same customers. One company is listed, the other is a private company run by his wife! Life is short. Live passionately.

any thing bellow 4 bob is a bargain. with an anticipated EPS of 40 cents per share, and a PE of 15 to 17, this share is still expensive
