Of late am disappointed with equity bank as my broker. I place order that not executed despite my price be favourable, only to be told the order never reached nairobi due to system, further more refund was a must follow to get it.when l calculate the loss of one such order of 5800 nic share at 58.50 is now 23000/=. Am at the village and when l think of online account they ask hundrend of hundrend of document.what can l do now

Simple, get them the KYC documents.

I have the same problem i had placed an order on 13th feb but they executed it on 21st feb almost a week later....
The closer you look the less you see

How about Kingdom securities of co-op bank? Co-op has a wide branch network and am sure they can reach you effectively.

Get a broker with an online trading system and do your trades real time.

KYC =Know Your Customer, documents like ID copy, Bank Statement, utility bill etc

I wish to have online but l dont have any bill paid bearing my name. Or there is one broker who use bank statement instead.

Same problem here. esp with refunds. Am sure they still owe me a huge sum coz they dont even tell you the purchase price. gotta dump this broker asap!!
