Check out the SIB morning brief for today. In general its hard to get the rights. Im planning to buy the shares in the market, during the period of uncertainty and dilution
Gracias. Noted.
I'm thinking of buying the rights off the sellers . I noticed at one time, the of rights trading price can do a plunge! if I can get at 35 I consider that fair. 165+35=200
also the share price will plunge during moments of uncertainty another point to strike.
say 190-225
also there's always the buying 100 shares and applying for many rights to be distributed on a pro rata basis. with this method you can get a 22% of what u order if like last time. average can approach 165 depending on how many you apply for.
then when new shares start trading the share will be depressed for a while before the rally. 190-230.
with those prices in mind one can know when to strike.
