Kweli we have very different definations of laudable results. Kwangu, +18.8% +17% are laudable results and the Bonus is a big deal in increasing liquidity here. Hii counter inafaa kuwa huko 80s

Why would "increasing liquidity" be your primary concern for a stocks price to rise?? if anything, it should go down( supply n demand) i guess it works different in Kenya?? Share buybacks increase value for Shareholders not INCREASING LIQUIDITY.

Have you asked yourself...if this company had soo much in Retained earnings (i.e. such a high NAV) why are they just giving a stingy 0.80 dividend? @ Guru, one thing about NAVs, you should always give a margin of safety, reason for this is that you have to discount for bias.


What Moat does this company have? If you look carefully at the results... most of the "profits" are from revaluation of properties.
