I've been thinking of making some contributions to a children's home, and I have tried a few selection methods like 'pinky pinky ponky', and casting bones, but I have always been thrown back by the knowledge that some of these homes are places where dishonest managers and workers use children for their own private benefit.
Then I remembered that you've been telling us of your good work and establishment of a childrens' home. Is this 'project' still on?

A question(in good faith AKA Helmet), are the children there taught the fear of the Lord?

Thanks for your concern tycho. Much appreciated. Project is still on albeit with a few hitches here and there but if you understand the "kuja kesho" culture in Kenya you will kmow what i mean. This is the deal, if you want to make a contribution, you are most welcome. I don't like to handle cash because it brings so many issues and am not one to deal with allegations that always come up when dealing with money. How about you send me your email address and i can give you directions to where you can take donations? Food, beddings, clothes etc are all welcome. If you want to make a difference tycho, you should think about visiting whenever you have a chance instead of just sending money. It's more purposeful when you can contribute time to help around the project instead of the easier option of just sending money. Please let me know.

That's up to them, if they want to be Christian, Muslim, Atheists etc, that's entirely up to them. It should be at the top of the list of things to do of every adult the world over. Your lord doesn't care, he is too busy sending people to burn in hell for eternity. How effed up are his priorities?

A good thing you are doing. I also try in my own small way. And yes, we had a discussion recently about the priorities of society. As for your question, I'm sure you'll have your chance to ask Him in 'person'. I think it is a good thing that you'll let them decide religion for themselves, hopefully after exposing them to ALL of them?
