The government has no money to complete the existing roads leave alone starting new projects.

I think Outering Road will probably be the next big road project to kick off soon. Earlier this week the African Development Bank confirmed the approval of US$120 million financing for the project. The Bank will provide 89.8 percent financing for the total project through Africa Development Fund loan of US$115.9million and a grant of US$5million. I believe the construction will start from the all Sopps area all the way mpaka JKIA.

The other road which i think should be given priority is Uhuru Highway, we need to get rid of those roundabouts.

Uhuru highway is in the process, a design has been done(By Gibb Africa) on an elevated dual carriageway that will allow those with no shughulis in the CBD to pass and descend near mlolongo. This road shall be a private road

In that case who was awarded the tender....? The plan for expansion including a new railway line from Dagoretti corner upto Ngong town is on paper , but financing ndio shida.

Ok. Thanks. But seriously its better you pay KES 100 Bob and get to your destination in time than stay on trafic for one hour and while at it spend fuel worth KES 1000...
