@mwekez@ji, to either teach or cheat are semantics. One can either do one or both.

3/50 is the best mark I can give, the 3 being for ability to log into this website. Is this an 8-4-4 problem?

@african coloner, times have changed. The new billionaires are no longer selling charcoal and the chicken business has changed too( See other thread on Nyeri Kuku farmer)

@Sonu, will get it very hard unless he can communicate clearly on his idea.

Maybe, just maybe, his/her first Language is not English. This would be good enough English for a Native Chinese..TBH.

But I fully agree, communication is very important.

It gets worse. Granted, English is not the first language. Try communicating with a medium that you are comfortable with (giriama, acholi etc), which will get the message across. Then, just maybe, we will be able to help.

@son..there are various methods to build a house at low cost. These methods depend on the location of the land. Where is the land located? Lets start from there.

I can make a wild guess..is it in Sichuan or Guanghzou?

The point is that you all understand what Sonu is asking.. what are all the extra manenos for?
Sonu, if you are not from Kenya, Karibu Kenya, land of great opportunities.
The most common material used in low cost housing is interlocking earth blocks. If you combine that with waffle slabs then you can comfortably slash down costs by 30 - 40%

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Kenyans, as I've observed in other social mediums, would much rather criticize, scorn and make lucid jokes than address the issue at hand. I'm Kenyan and it was the first thing that came to mind.

So, after exhausting that, I have a pal who is opting for Containers as a housing option with separate ablution blocks/pit latrine. Can't comment on that coz I'm no expert but it would be interesting to hear what one has to say.
