How do wazuans get the best deals when exchanging their foreign currencies to KES and vice versa!!

I have no answer. But banks are legal thiefs. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

Atleast 3 bureaux and enjoy getting deals on phone before walking around with Kes. As someone has said, banks are licensed thieves.

I just have the habit to avoid carrying cash.. even 50K.. not that I fear, but I always try to reduce the Risk of losing that money to ZERO. I sometimes find myself in CBD with such amounts and I'd rush quickly to Bank it. Plus I don't handle such amounts daily anyway, so....

@urstill1, for small amounts, Bureaus would give you a good rate. For large amounts, if you negotiate with your bank,they can match the Bureaus. Cosmos in Town and Alpha in Westlands have good rates "Things that matter most must never be at the mercy of things that matter least." Goethe
