To borrow the bony chest line from one wazuan, what does someone do with 1.5m loan- I will have this money ina few months time and torn between buying an 1/8th in kitengela or about 4 acres of averagely fertile land in Kitale. I am keen on investing where I can make some income ok not also oblivious of the reality of land appreciations rates esp in Nai county. Any ideas/alternatives from the ever resourceful wazua?

Actually, the plan is to buy a plot in Kitengela. That implies paying back in 36 months, before I possibly find more for developing it. The plot will be appreciating but i wont be making any revenue from it, unless I look at the appreciation as revenue. 4 acres in ktl will gv me averagely 100bgs per year=about 300K annually. Am leaning tho to the Kitengela plan, but someone was trying to challenge me to find an income generating investment

Yes.I meant business.I mean places neighbouring the so called Longonot gate,Thika Greens etc.You can also look at Namanga where a one stop border post is coming up.The trick is buy a sizeable portion,sell part of it when it appreciates and use the proceeds to jumpstart your development on the remaining portion.If you are adventurous enough,you could consult @young and try Kampala or Entebbe.
