....stuck along Langata road for hours.... between Tmall and Nyayo stadium... avoid this route if you can If you are an eagle don't hang around with chickens; chickens don't fly....

I always avoid that road with a 10 foot pole. Just leave it to guys of Langata & Rongai  @SufficientlyP

You should know that the road you are referring is used as a case study on traffic jams and congestion in universities all over the world.
